Building Infrastructure

“Those who disrupt their industries change consumer behavior, alter economics,
and transform lives.”

― Heather Simmons

The Building Need

Municipalities, governments, First Nations, and other public organizations around the globe are increasingly looking for alternatives to address their building renewal and expansion needs. Many provincial governments, municipalities, and First Nations hold a large building portfolio, and many of these buildings are in significant need of repair or upgrade.    Many First Nations need brand new schools and health care facilities. Whatever the reason, the demand for building infrastructure solutions has grown significantly during the last several years.

IGNITE’s Role

IGNITE is simply a tool which is used to create and manage infrastructure projects. It closely collaborates with public organizations to find the best methods to future-proof their building infrastructure needs. Furthermore, IGNITE removes risk for politicians, governments, public organizations, and funding sources and pulls together all the necessary resources for project origination.  IGNITE’s focus for building infrastructure includes new building construction and building envelope renewal such as windows, doors, insulation, air sealing, roof repairs, and other such building improvements.
